Professional educators with strong classroom management skills are more successful in their jobs and have the potential for future job growth. 
Course Description:
This course offers a foundation in understanding management both from a theoretical and practical perspective. The goal is for the learner to become a strong and confident manager of people, time and materials within the learner’s role. Insights into what strong management looks like, pitfalls of poor management, ways to improve and adapt management, and application to real-world scenarios are presented. 
Course Objectives:
